Keep in mind I merged the "Overview" section into the lede. That is because a lede IS the overview. This however, led to some redundancies in the lede.

Burke

Shouldn't there be a mention of Burke, for his critique of the social contract in Reflections on the Revolution in France, in the form of the 'social contract for the ages'? Liberty vs. Security

I remember that a founding father (I forgot which one) once said "Anyone who would sacrifice their liberty for security shall get neither liberty nor security." Would this count as an argument against social contract?
